Robert Bray is a registered Nurse with extensive experience in healthcare, clinical nursing, total health promotion and stress coaching. Robert has worked as a senior manager in the UK's top NHS teaching hospitals and has well over 25 years experience in the health and wellbeing setting including clinical career development, mentorship and coaching of clinical, managerial, administrative and ancillary staff. Robert was part of the South Devon Fitness Project, a pioneering research based project which led the way in community and corporate health and wellness from the mid 1980's onward.
Robert is a qualified Tutor and development coach and regularly presents clinical lectures at associated physical therapy colleges in addition to running training workshops and seminars.
Robert's interests include occupational stress reduction, lifestyle coaching and total health management.
James Patrickson is a personal trainer and NLP master practitioner with extensive experience in coaching for positive change. James has trained with John Grinder, the founder of NLP in both the UK and international settings.
James runs workshops and courses in personal effectiveness and self coaching covering the adapted models of self-coaching and components of personal health and wellness.
James's professional interest lies in promoting fitness and motivation using the latest techniques to help individuals to achieve peak performance in the workplace and in their personal lives.
