National Blood Pressure Association - Know your Numbers Campaign

Coaching to Health has joined the National Blood Pressure Association to offer free blood pressure testing at blood pressure testing stations in the South West and South Coast.

Blood Pressure readings are taken and practical advice on maintaining healthy blood pressure is given by qualified professionals.

At our last testing event on 21st March 2010 in Salisbury, we took blood pressure readings from over 25 people and gave health promotion information to all people tested. All those whose blood pressure was found to be above normal limits were given additional information and given letters to take to their GP surgery.
